CubeNorth High Performance Culture Program
Focusing on continuously improving group, team and individual performance
There is a view in classical mythology that our existence requires us to continually reinvent ourselves in order to survive the ongoing challenges brought by time.
CubeNorth’s High Performance Culture Program is inspired by the Phoenix, a unique classical mythology bird that lived for five or six centuries in the Arabian desert after burning itself on a funeral pyre and rising from the ashes with a renewed youth to live through another cycle.
Whilst the reality of the symbolic nature of the Phoenix is questionable, in our reality, time is everlasting and it relentlessly challenges us with ongoing cycles of change requiring us to reinvent and transform ourselves in order to live through its cycles.
Our program is designed to navigate the everlasting ‘Cycle of Change’. Within the CubeNorth’s System one will find ‘Operational Excellence’ at a symbolic destination of 8° North… This is Program8.
Program8 Core Objectives
Define Success for teams and individuals by confirming what the targeted ‘Value Stream’ for the Group is and tailoring ‘Mission Objective Plans’ for teams and individuals to deliver on.
Calibrate the Leadership Framework to best support, enable, empower and guide teams and individuals within the Group to deliver Mission Objectives – prioritising leadership presence and personnel development.
Integrate Continuous Improvement and Change Management discipline into being ‘Core Business’ for Operations by working with the Group and eliminating non-value work activity, legacy tasks and processes that consume operational time.
Introduce the framework to sustain High Performance Culture that will enable the Group’s teams and individuals to optimise operational performance.
